Harassment in schools or in any public places is a behavior that the strong people do against weak people to impose their authority on them, The oppressed may be able to defeat the oppressor but he can not fear justice, and the opposite may be, This arrogant authority imposes on the weak to remove one of his rights,to limit all this, the oppressor must be punished by imprisonment in prison or something like that.
