                               The Drugs phenomenon is one of the greatest challenges countries are confronted with in the 21st century. It is well known that drugs use and abuse influence and negatively affect the health of people, families and communities,as well as  national and international development, social stability and security. 
                              

                               At recent day the phenomenon of the Drugs widespread, and this phenomenon means is any substance (other than food that provides nutritional support) that when inhaled, injected, smoked, consumes, absorbed, via a patch on the skin, or dissolved under the tongue causes a temporay physiologicial (and often psychologicial ) change in the body.

                               Unfortunately, the onset of drud abuse most often stems in adolescence.It is always difficult to really know why a person is taking drugs. The reasons for expermenting with a drug are not the same as those that lead to the renewal of this drugs, or even to become dependent on it.When a person takes a drug, they expect to experience pleasant feelings and benefit. So, many people do not hesitate to drink alcohol to relex  and feel good with others. Some may use drugs when they go to parties, for the same purpose of having fun and having fun. These recreational uses of drugs or alcohol are most often punctual.

                               Indeed, as a society we have the power to make a difference by adopying various deterrence technique. For example,sports, school communication about drugs and its various side effects. Another aspect of society's influence is family influence.
